lunchtime.club is designed to collect as little data as possible.

What we store

Meeting data — the pins you drop and your display name. Deleted 30 days after the meeting.
Account data — if you sign up, we store your email and name. Guest accounts are automatically removed after 7 days of inactivity.

We use external services to find places, calculate travel times, and protect against bots. Here’s what they receive:

Geoapify — receives your pin coordinates to calculate reachable areas (isochrones) and find nearby places.
distancematrix.ai — receives coordinates to calculate travel times between participants and suggested places. Place search uses only the group’s geometric centre, not individual pins.
Cloudflare Turnstile — receives browser signals during guest sign-in to verify you’re human. Runs invisibly — no CAPTCHAs or puzzles. No personal data is collected. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
